How are the <tc>wall rails</tc> and furniture assembled?

The wall rails are attached to the wall with screws and can be mounted on all typical types of walls.
Most furniture is delivered pre-assembled and only needs to be hung into the wall rails on site. This means that very short assembly times can be realized with the Variand system.

The assembly can be carried out by our team or an assembly or carpentry company depending on the project. Our team will be happy to provide you with an offer for installation on your project.

How long are the delivery times?

The delivery time for projects is usually approx. 6-8 weeks. However, this can vary greatly depending on the scope of the project. We would be happy to make you an offer with the specific delivery time for your project.

Are individual furniture solutions, materials and colors possible?

Variand should be particularly customizable not only in terms of use, but also in configuration.

We are therefore happy to offer you special solutions for furniture or desired colors for wooden and metal elements. Please feel free to contact our planning team and let us talk about your individual project requirements.

Where is the furniture produced?

All components of the Variand system are produced in Italy near our company location in South Tyrol. There we work closely with local manufacturing partners and carry out thorough quality controls at our warehouse location in Natz-Schabs before the furniture is packed and shipped.

What is the resilience of the system?

The load capacity of the Variand system depends heavily on the nature of the wall and correct installation. As a rule, suitable mounting materials can be found for all types of walls, whether solid or drywall, to ensure a high level of stability and safetywall rails.

In general, we recommend the following maximum values with an even distribution of the load:

all individual shelves and shelfs as well as the desks: max. 15 kg
Shelves of the modular wall shelf A05: max. 10 kg per shelf
Wall hooks: max. 5 kg
wall rails: per meter, max. 30 kg

The sample set includes four wall rails pieces in the variants multiplex birch, black stained, white lacquered and solid oak as well as a Variand hook.
This way you can choose the material or color that suits you and get a first impression on the quality of our furniture.
