At Mattsee in Austria, 42 modular houses were set up for the eco-resort "das Seehäuser" using the Variand-system, creating a homely and flexible furnishing concept.

The furnishings include wardrobe and storage solutions for the living areas, design elements such as decorative shelves and picture railn, as well as extensive equipment for the kitchens.Here, modular shelves have been planned as airy upper cabinets in all residential units, and wall rails with integrated magnets and dimmable  LED strips provide practical kitchen use while creating a homely ambient lighting. 

The furniture can be easily maintained by the hotel staff and  can be quickly replaced if necessary. Additionally, their unique design contributes to a memorable stay. The homely decor with natural colors and plenty of wood offers a relaxed retreat and is stylishly complemented by the understated material selection of the Variand furniture.

In close collaboration with the Austrian modular house manufacturer Wood_Space and the operators of the resort, a concept was developed that is both homely and functional.
