Depending on the shipping method, you will either receive a return label or we will contact you to arrange collection by a shipping company.

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. These costs range from €10 to a maximum of €50 for large freight shipments.

Our standard delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks for freight forwarding.
Small orders will be delivered to you from South Tyrol within 1 to 2 weeks via parcel delivery.

We currently ship to Germany, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland. If you live in another country, please feel free to send us a message and we'll see if we can find a solution.

Our shipping costs are based
according to your order value.
According to Germany, Italy and Austria, these are staggered as follows:
Up to 70 €: 5 €
Up to 400 €: 15 €
From 400 €: 0 €

For Switzerland, shipping costs are:
Up to 70 €: 15 €
Up to 500 €: 50 €
From 500 €: 100 €

All furniture, except for the modular shelving unit, comes pre-assembled, so you just need to hang it up. The modular shelving unit can be assembled on the wall without the need for tools. You can also find instructions on the download page.

The load-bearing capacity of the furniture and wall rails is strongly dependent on the nature of the wall, at the Variand is mounted. Therefore, please inform yourself beforehand about the load-bearing capacity and condition of your wall.

For a well-loading solid wall or double-planked drywall, we recommend the following maximum values ​​with an even load distribution:

• all individual shelves and shelfs and the desks: max. 15 kg
• Shelves of the modular wall shelf A05: max. 10 kg per shelf
• Wall hook: max. 5 kg
• wall rails: per meter, max. 30 kg

Metal elements:
Powder coatings can be cleaned with lukewarm, clean water or with the addition of neutral to slightly alkaline cleaning agents. Rinse with clean water after cleaning.

Wooden surfaces:
For regular care of furniture surfaces, we recommend wiping with a dry, soft, lint-free cloth. To remove fingerprints and dirt, clean with a cloth moistened with water. It's important that the surfaces are then wiped dry.
