Within the warranty period of 14 days, you can register your return by sending an email to service@variand.de
Depending on the shipping method, you will either receive a return label or we will contact you for pickup by freight.
Please note that the costs for returns will be deducted from your refund amount. The costs range between 10 € and a maximum of 50 € for large freight deliveries.

How long is the delivery time?
Our standard delivery time for freight shipping is between 2 and 4 weeks.
Small orders are shipped via parcel delivery within 1 to 2 weeks from South Tyrol to you.

Currently, we deliver to Germany, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland. If you live in another country, feel free to send us a message, we will then see if we can find a solution.

For a well load-bearing solid construction wall or double-planked drywall, we recommend the following maximum values for an even distribution of the load:

Metal elements:
The care of powder coatings can be done either with lukewarm, clear water or with the addition of neutral to slightly alkaline cleaning agents. After the cleaning process, it should be rinsed with clear water.
Wood surfaces:
For regular care of furniture surfaces, we recommend primarily wiping with a dry, soft, and non-linting cloth. For removing fingerprints and dirt, clean with a cloth dampened with mop water. It is essential that the surfaces are then wiped dry.
