If the 14 day warranty period has not yet expired, you have the option of registering a return in your customer account in order to then send the product back to us in an undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Depending on the shipping method, you will either receive a return label or we will contact you to arrange collection by a shipping company.

Our standard delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks for freight forwarding.
Small orders find their way from South Tyrol to you via parcel shipping within 1 to 2 weeks.

We currently deliver to Germany, Italy, Austria and Switzerland. If you live in another country, please feel free to send us a message and we'll see if we can find a solution.

Our shipping costs depend
on your order value.
To Germany, Italy and Austria these are staggered as follows:
Up to 70 €: 5 €
Up to 400 €: 15 €
From 400 €: 0 €

For Switzerland the shipping costs are:
Up to 70 €: 15 €
Up to 500 €: 50 €
From 500 €: 100 €

All furniture, except the modular shelf, comes pre-assembled, so you just have to hang it up. The modular shelf can be assembled on the wall without tools. You can also find instructions for this on the download page.

The load capacity of the furniture and wall rails is strongly dependent on the nature of the wall on which Variand is mounted. Therefore, please find out beforehand about the load-bearing capacity and condition of your wall.

For a well-loaded solid wall or double-planked drywall, we recommend the following maximum values ​​with an even distribution of the load:

• all individual shelves and shelfs as well as the desks: max. 15 kg
• Shelves of the modular wall shelf A05: max. 10 kg per shelf
• Wall hooks: max. 5 kg
• wall rails: per meter, max. 30 kg

Here are just the most important things in brief:

Metal elements:
The powder coatings can be cared for either with lukewarm, clear water or with the addition of neutral to slightly alkaline cleaning agents. After the cleaning process, you should rinse with clear water.

Wooden surfaces:
For regular care of furniture surfaces, we recommend wiping with a dry, soft and lint-free cloth. To remove fingerprints and dirt, clean with a cloth moistened with water. It is important that the surfaces are then wiped dry.
